When will my item be shipped?

Your item will usually be dispatched within 3 business days, but please allow up to 5 in busier periods (such as Christmas).  Your order will then be shipped via Royal Mail (tracked) and can take between 1 and 3 days for the item to reach you.  

When will the product be delivered?

We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.  Please allow up to 7 working days for the item to be delivered.

I ordered 3 or 4 items but have only received 2 ....

When you order a few items at a time, they may arrive at different times because they are shipped from different warehouses .... don't panic! They will all arrive; just perhaps a couple of days apart.

How do I pay for my order/s?

For your ease of use, we support credit, debit card and Paypal payments.

How do I track my package?

You will receive tracking information by email once the item is shipped.  This is usually in around 3 business days.

How do I get in touch with you?

You can get in touch at any time via our "Contact Us" page.  We will usually respond within a few hours.

How do I return something?
